I'm not sure how, besides this look is achieved with 2 mods. The normal maps - which i made. And body replacer mod that was made by Nightasy. 
So even if i knew how you would have to ask Nightasy to do the same to be able to use it fully.

Well... Technically there are no female supermutants, they don't have sexes, according to the lore...

Not yet. But bodyslide in general converts all the vanilla clothes to work with it, but Nightasy, havent transferred all the morphs yet to all the cloth files, so untill he does it no...
But hes working on SHITLOADS of new morphs, and after hes done he will make all of them work with all the clothes, so you can convert all the clothes to whatever shape you
create...

Good to know. Think you could do an update to let people know when this is clothing compatible? (and maybe show us a more extreme size?)

Anyways, great work. I'm gonna have to pick up a PC copy for this once it's all set.

All you have to do is go to the mod page and watch it, when the update comes.
Visit it from time to time, and check...
