Very early Greek god, Phanes, primal generator of life.More info theoi.com/Protogenos/Phanes.html
I would love to do more on this, specifically wing texture and the layout, but my tablet is a dick. Inked on paper as usual lately, 1 and 0.1 mm pens. I really like how deliciously Mediterranean 'he' came out.
~Chael brought Phanes to my attention long ago and I finally got around to giving it a try.

I like how you incorporated female hips in a secret way anyhow on him
The small waist and wider hip part look nicely effeminate as well as a bit the head add to it maybe. The combination with the muscular shoulders and upper arms gave a nice matching composition.
I am not sure how much you intended to make this figure androgynous, but anyhow it have some nice Bishounen like androgyny in my eyes :-D

I'm afraid you have some words mixed up though, effeminate is not the same as feminine and I don't seem to remember bishonen have big hips?
