At least she´s using her hands. Two of my RWBY OCs, Argent and Talia Star, could just use their tails. Argent is a snake faunus, and Talia is a mouse faunus. They had a lion faunus mom and a mosquito faunus dad.
Ok, none of them would actually hit, since they both don´t use guns of any form, and Talia doesn´t even have a weapon at all, but still. Also, Argent would most likely be a bit, errr.. I guess I just write the scenario down here, since I can´t think of a word for this:
Argent: "Sir, your toy gun doesn´t aim properly. I demand my money back."
Shopkeep: "Sorry, no can do."
Argent: "Is it because I´m a faunus?"
Shopkeep: "No, not at all. You pay for it, you shoot, that´s it."
Argent: "Well then. Bye."
Yeah, I figured the shopkeep wouldn´t fall for this. The idea was that Argent puts the shopkeep into a situation where it looks as if he was racist, so that Argent could get his money back.

Ah, ok. Well, Argent often times uses his faunus heritage to his advantage, be it by strangling a Big Ursa, sitting on his tail or guilt-tripping others into doing what he wants. Doesn´t always work, thgouh, so he is rather careful with when he does that.
Talia is more of a kind-hearted, naive little sunshine. To her, the only evils in the world are her favourite cartoon not being aired or bad weather on an important day.
Yeah, ok, not really. I mean, she does give off this impression most of the time, but only because she wanted to. She is rather short, and not the most muscular, but her mind is sharper than any katana. She "disguises" herself as little kid to fool her opponents and wait for the right time to strike, or get out of a situation without having to fight at all.
Anyway, Talia would just ask for the toys, or one of them, and I don´t think the shopkeep could say "no" to her. I mean, she often displays this oblivious side, which leads people to believe that she has no clue of what´s going on. Quite useful when trying to get information, I tell you. 
The rest of his team, Sirena Blue and Niob Bolt, would also make for some funny situations:
Niob, a bat faunus, is a bit of a weapon enthusiast. He´d probably hit all the targets in one shot, or he uses the Ice Dust in his wings to shoot icicles at the targets (he can pin a military general´s shoe to the ground from 200 meters away with these).
Sirena is a stonefish faunus, and she often claims that she is the crown princess of an under water kingdom named Soraklia. The only reason she got accepted into Beacon was so that she´d stop trying to get Ozpin´s cane, which she believed to belong to a family in Soraklia, which in turn believes that the royal family has it in their castle. You see, according to Sirena, this cane belonged to one of her ancestor´s servants two hundred years ago, but one day, he went to explore the land and never returned.
Anyway, Sirena would just demand these things being given to her, since she is a princess and shouldn´t have to earn the things she wants. Doesn´t mean she can´t defend herself, though. Her scepter can turn into a trident, which can shoot energy beams dependand on the type of dust she put into it.

Well, both Argent and Talia Star work as the team´s scouts and spies, because their semblances make them fit perfectly into this position. Anyway, here are all of the team member´s semblances:
Argent can can turn into fog, and increase or decrease the density of the fog he turns into, meaning that he can thin out so much that he becomes invisible. Also, his consciousness in omnipresent within the fog, meaning that he knows everything going on inside this fog.
Niob Bolt can make shadow copies of others if he touches them. These shadow copies act as his allies, and both the copy and the original feel the same pain, so if one dies, both do. This can be blocked by Aura, though, so Niob only uses it against Grimm or machines.
Sirena Blue´s semblance also can be blocked by Aura, but she uses it against most kinds of opponents anyway. Her semblance adds a certain additional effect to her protective aura, which inflicts poison to others upon physical contact. She knows a lot about poisons and stuff, so she can alter her poison from the basic paralytic poison to various other kinds of poison, including something that puts the victim into a state most would describe as "drunken", in which they are not only aimlessly wandering about the battlefield, but also are prone to attack anything they run into.
Talia Star can turn into a ghost, becoming almost entirely invisible, completely invincible and unaffected by gravity or solid objects. She can also take posession of inanimate objects, mostly technological devices, to manipulate them from the inside. Whenever the team wants to enter a heavily guarded facility, it´s her job to override the security lockdown protocols, giving off the impression that the team had someone on the inside who let them in (I mean, they technically did, but this someone was inside the computer system. Literally). She can also zap around the CCTS, or could, before it shut down, making for some very interesting situations. This is also the reason why Talia is such an expert on the field of prosthetics, since she has tons of first-hand experience when it comes to manipulating machinery with the human (or faunus) mind.
Anyway, I am currently working on a RWBY fanfiction, the working title being RWBY Re-Writes. The basic idea is that I take a story arc from the show, and either add my OCs to the mix or replace other characters with them.
