Sandra the mermaid cat, One of the most popular young fish cats of her generation, she just loves basking in attention. She can spend hours on her hair and polishing her scales. She loves just laying outside the water on rocks or the beach sunbathing and cleaning herself. She's often on land more then in the water despite being fully a mermaid. She cant even shift her tail into legs.
Nobody knows where the mermaid/fish half came from but somehow she has the mutation.
