This little piece I'm pretty proud of. It's a logo I did for Nocturnal Rampage. (www.nocturnalrampages.com for more info on them)They needed a new logo cause their old one was a bit dated (and in my opinion, very messy). They wanted to keep their three candle motif so I threw together this little number with the use of photo shop alpha channels. I admit, it seems a bit... off sometimes for me, but it's what they wanted so that's what I gave them. As a reward they got me into a party for free. Criticism is welcome.

Ooo, neat logo. You're right, something definately seems off with the candles, but the flame is neat and I like the effect the sillouette of the people causes. Plus, the text also looks good. ^_^

^ ^ Thanks, I think what throws it of is the glow effect on the canddle. My idea was that the glow effect would either be really thin but around the whole canddle to soften it or would just not be there to give a sharper logo look. But what NR wanted was what you saw, and since it IS for THEIR web site, I figure "Hey if they're not complaining, I'm not complaining,".
Like I said, the sillouette and flames were made with photoshop alpha chanels. (My secret weapon Muwahahaha)
Estimated total time it took to make this... 33 hours, not including breaks in work.
