Description
A close friend of mine recently commissioned me to do some pictures for him of his character Kalinka. Basically just updating the character with my more current skill. It's apparently been years since I did a colored pic of her, so it's about time! Anyways, he asked for 2 pictures. I personally like them both and both of them make me feel better as an artist. Kalinka's always been aesthetically pleasing and fun to draw.

I think it came out fairly well. The pockets on the jumpsuit feel a bit flat to me, though that might just be a consequence of the thick outer line of the character bleeding in to where they'd stick out and the flat coloring overall of the figure.
