Giving the setting and the little guy's notable non-challance towards the splattered remains of the little people all along her body, I'm guessing that there has been a bit of a time-skip since chapter 1?
Which is fair enough
Will future chapters (should they be made be likely to involve a flashback chapter to the little guy's new rehabilitation towards his new role under her? )

Of course, you're right.
We can say that his non-challance towards her games is one of the reasons for which she finds him so amusing.
Anyway, there is a backstory that explains the link between them and I can tell you that a part of it will be explained later in this chapter.

And It's also interesting to note that a feeling of non-challance is partially essential to having giantess spare a tiny-guy's life. I wouldn't call myself much of a looker, but I think if I really tried, I can be uncaring towards other tiny's too if ends justified the means

Just finished it and I gotta say, I had no idea he was in on it! I thought he was just one of the other tines that lured them there to get away or something! Love the twist! Awesome story writing and I love her feet! Gosh they're freaking perfect! Love Mk! :3

Yeah, he's her friend and he always helps her in finding new "toys" to play with. When there are other humans around, they usually pretends that he's just one of them cause she don't want that they hurt him or use him as a human shield.
If you look at the first chapter, you will see that as soon as she arrives she squished the guy with the gun (cause he's the most dangerous for her friend) and then she picks up her friend and puts him in a safe place away from the other "toys".
