Well, in her eyes they're just bugs.

She needs to get her eyes checked, lol, because no bugs look like that or the truck she smashed. I know they're small, but they're not that small. She lifted her foot and the truck's remains, but still she thought it was a bug. Plus, there was no guts, a bug that size would definitely make a noticeable squish, especially on a barefoot. But then, she called herself Big Bad Mandy", so she may have a darker side, lol.
