Because it could be understood in a different way. If the name didn't state "Glass eyes" I think I would see it in a different way... I don't know how to explane x__X I'm sorry...
Only once it says about seeing, and "perception" could be understoond a bit differently.. Oh I wish I could just explane it in Finish, I would know how to say it... >.<
