Physical appearance » A very small creature with a round monitor with ears as a head. The monitor's screen acts as their face, though they might not have a mouth if they're surprised. The antennae on their forehead moves around, expressing their emotions a bit. Their body isn't really a sheet, but a soft material that puddles up when they touch the ground like goo. (since they can either float or walk) The ring around their neck keeps their head attached to this material and if it is taken away, Veetee's head will fall and become unresponsive with only static where their face should be. Bringing the ring back to them will fix this.

Sometimes they will play videos or recordings on their screen for others to see.

Voice » Like a very young child, but electronic. Very upbeat and bubbly. More high-pitched than normal voices.

Weapon » As Record Keeper, Veetee is in charge of recording big events in the game. They don't always remember this, however, and will often record random players who do fun things instead of whatever they're actually supposed to be looking at. They can hold an infinite amount of memories.

Taking their ring away will cause them to be almost "dead" in a sense, as they wouldn't be awake to record or do anything else, for that matter.

Storms and contact with water will cause them to act strange and unstable, which can ruin the data they record during that time.
