I fucking hate on how Ultimate Spider-man had neutered the Symbiote and Venom's origins, making both of them just a byproduct of what made the Symbiote and Venom one of Spider-man's greatest villain,
I wouldn't say that I was a fan of this shows interruption of Flash Thompson was a good one, but I liked how they did the whole 'Bully redemption' thing that made Flash a slightly good character, the episode where Flash gets the Symbiote, the first 10 minutes of the episode was basically just the writers and producers of the show, giving the die-hard Spider-man fans, an huge middle finger at them, but I liked how the rest of the episode has Flash trying to figure out what right thing a hero should do, I liked that the writers didn't fuck up Agent Venom, not to dumb while not so stereotypical with sports.
