The story of Kamen Rider Magician takes place after the events of Kamen Rider Kiva, only the location is in Sunny Bay, In this city Zatanna, a female teenage magician who has been performing since the Dawn of time when the evil yeerks have landed Zatanna has discovered a new driver and a magical tarot card so she now uses these new rider powers to fight the new monsters known as Controlljins humans who become evil cyber monsters to steal talent from people so it is up to Zatanna to harness these powers and save the town of Sunny bay from the likes of the sharing.
