Taken at Silver Creek Metro Park, Pheasant Run TrailI'd gone out this morning seeing that the sun was shining and the skies were blue determined this time to get some photos. And oh boy I did. Finally!! (Nevermind that about the time I got in the car to go home the clouds were starting to go overcast...my timing was perfect this time)
I really liked how these red berries looked against the blue skies and yellow leaves in the background, and didn't mind tramping through a lot of painful thorny bushes to get a photo. The subject isn't totally spectacular, but I did love this blend of primary colors in the frame.

If you're not bleeding for your art, you're not an artist!! A few steps later I was kneeling in cold, wet, soggy ground to get some neat pictures of dew on the grass...LOL Another person taking pictures on the trail walked by me and gave me an odd look--I just ignored her. Blood, wet knees and mud, I definitely felt like I worked for my art yesterday!
