I recently did a dump of artwork I've been working on in recent months. Here's my take on colors for the Sonic I posted in that. Kinda lazy with it, I just wanted to do something fun and play with colors and blending.Used this texture: [link]
I like how this came out. The title is a song from the Sonic Adventure OST.

I love the texture and blending in this piece. I did a double take on the descript and had to scroll back up to confirm it was digital. XD Awesome!

Yeah, I was going for a watercolor look with it, and that texture went a long way in helping to achieve that effect. It was a very low stress color job.

Actually, I just thought about you the other day when I was watching Bleach. I didn't forget that I was going to do you an Ichigo vs Ulquiorra piece as a birthday present. I just kinda gave up on it, as it wasn't turning out as planned. I'll give it another go, since I've been feeling more confident with my art lately.

Ah, that explains why I haven't seen you around lately. I half-forgot about the Bleach picture, but it is good to hear you haven't totally given up on it.
I have been doing quite well, actually. I start University in about a week, and I am majoring in Politics, with hope that I can make a career out of it. Other than that, I haven't really been up to anything new. My entire Summer break has been spent with friends, having one last time to see them, before we all go on to our separate schools.

As for me, I've just been working mostly, as a cashier at Wal-Mart. It's not the kind of job I'd like to be doing, but, hey, it pays the bills. Other than that, I just do art when I feel motivated and play games and watch anime.

As for you working, that sounds good, despite the fact that it is at Wal Mart. Since I have to leave for school, I will have to try and find a job, as my student loans will not cover things that are not needed for school.
