In case any of you forgot, this is a Kaa themed comic, and what's a Kaa themed comic without a snake hypnotising someone.The reason she didn't do it earlier was because royal members usually have magic in them which blocks out her hypnosis, but because Teo has none, he's pretty much gonna be Hissy's puppet.
