They were playing outside the opening of a small organic food place in Beacon, NY and seemed to be friends with the owners. They were also selling CDs, but given that I had no cash in my wallet at the time, I didn't get one. But they were really good; the woman, in addition to being really good looking, had a kind of Ricky Lee Jones sound to her, and the guy kept a steady beat going. Next time I pass by the food place, I'll see if I can find out their names and a bit more about them.
