He's been known for bad sportsmanship by tripping opponents or attacking them, especially his former bullies. Even the authorities couldn't stop him. He went to challenge Shine Boy and that was his biggest mistake. Shine Boy beat and humiliated him and sent him to prison. Techno Rider would team up with other villains just for a chance to beat Shine Boy in a rematch.
