only sometimes does the "less is more" effect work some cars need more then others but this one i do like

yeah the resolution wasnt that good on the donor but its the wheels i wanted so they had to do

did you try to touch them up with the smudge tool?

you can try that with a bit of a blur that might help...or the patch tool thats what i normally use when something is like that
