Credit to: Spriters- Sprites, Death Battle- InspirationYeah, I was rooting for Shadow, but I had a feeling he would lose. I thought they would joke at Shadow being Dark type, but looks like he's just a normal/fighting type to them.
Funny thing is, this is similar to how I rooted in DK vs Knuckles where I muted the "It's time for a DB!" with Freddy's "It's time to inhale" and DK won. Now I had Shadow singing Linkin Park and he lost. Welp. Fear definitely was how he fell...
Poor Shadow... At least Rouge was there to comfort his soft side, so hurray for some Shadouge! Or friendship, either one you can choose.

ironically I was rooting for both shadow and mewtwo (since I'm a pokemon, sonic, spyro and transformers fan) I was kinda expecting a tie but I'm both happy and sad at the same time.

I hated the memory/spoon death part.
Also when will DB get voice acting right? It worked in some videos, but not with videos with sonic Characters in it.Β I hated this videos voice acting.Β

You know, it's irritating. For the longest time I had thought up a Shadow vs. Mewtwo scenario and was utterly convinced Shadow would win due to his Chaos Control and Super Form. But I didn't consider at all that the Super Form only protects against physical damage and the mind is very much vulnerable, which isn't good against a telepath 
Then again, that scenario I thought up was specifically against Mewtwo of the games, where it is a mere Glass Cannon (in comparison to legendaries anyway) and isn't nearly as OP as Anime!Mewtwo. And, really, I think that's the only reason Mewtwo won this battle; because it's mainly Mewtwo of the anime. The same anime that has a strong habit of portraying Pokemon as much more powerful than they actually are, such as Pikachu and the Regi trio (all three not being affected by an Aura Sphere from Lucario), and taking a lot of liberties with the abilities in the games ("Aim for the horn" and "Thunder armor" anyone?)
Had this battle been solely against Game!Mewtwo, then Shadow would've won. But, of freaking course, they had to use the absurdly OP (and tbh overrated) Mewtwo from that movie...
