Appearance: In his default appearance, Aberration is a red humanoid eldritch creature with webbed hands and feet equipped with sharp talons. He has a skull like face with octopus arms underneath his lower jaw while having a snake tongue, two small tusks and a literal crown of horns on his head. He also sports dragon like wings and tail that ends with two squid like tentacles that have a small tooth and a single eye on each tentacle. His avatar, known as the Winged Terror of Justice, resembles a red octopus with four horns, dragon wings, glowing patterns on his wings and his head while having two of his arms with eel like mouths sta.sh/0u18ersmjkw . The Omnitrix symbol is located on his forehead in each of his forms.

Abilities:
Eldritch Powers: Aberration's entire biology is a complete anomaly to us humans. His eldritch physique gives him various capabilities such as cognitive knowledge of other members of his species, control over the elements and the weather regeneration, demon summonings, soul destruction and other abilities that would be too much to list here.
Adaptability: Aberration can basically live anywhere he desires.
Avatar Transformation: Aberration can take on various forms. While he has shown only one of his avatars, he is capable of assuming more forms.
Psychokinesis: Aberration has powerful psychic powers, which grants him the ability to communicate to other less powerful beings and also allows him to resist the influence of his DNA Donor.
Power Bestowal: If given a sacrifice of several smoothies from Mr Smoothy (For this Deus R'lyehian, at least), Aberration will bestow power onto the one who made the sacrifice.
Flight: Aberration is capable of soaring through the stars.
Supreme Physical Capabilities: Aberration is incomprehensibly powerful to the point that to him, a powerful curse is merely like a mosquito bite. He is also insanely fast enough to traverse the entire universe in a second.
Dimensional Hopping: Aberration can jump to different dimensions and even universes as simple as jumping over a ditch.

Weaknesses: While unbelievably powerful compared to many mortal creatures, Aberration isn't as powerful as a Celestialsapien, as tools and weapons that were crafted from the materials found on Zvezda have been known to effect a Deus R'lyehian.

Backstory: It is unknown as to how Diagon even came to be, as some theories range from being a creation from the Celestialsapiens or a mutated Contumelia that destroyed the rest of the fifth dimensional beings. But whatever the case, Diagon is a multi dimensional being that came to the universe long before life on Earth even evolved. At some point, he came to the planet of K'thon, which later became Vilgaxia and then Murray, and there, he was worshipped by the native Chimera's, who developed the major religion of Diagon on Murray. He then gave birth to the god planet known as Vhoorl, who became the guardian of what would soon become the R'lyeh System. Diagon then gave birth to two beings known as the brother of light and the brother of darkness. The brother of light gave birth Necron Al Azif, as well as Jormungandr and Venus, and the brother of darkness created the Planes of Shadows.
As time wore on, Diagon arrived on Earth, when the planet was at the end of the Ice Age, and influenced various groups of humans that formed a cult which never died, known as the Esoterica. During his time on Earth, he also allowed a deranged occultist known as Abdul Alhazred a portion of his own power to wield before he destroyed the Mad Arab, who would return to the world of the living, if Diagon was destroyed. In the medieval era, at some remote location in Morocco, Diagon was defeated by an immortal knight known as Sir George who sealed the eldritch god into a nightmarish dimension that Diagon ruled over, and who then founded the Forever Knights. While Diagon was sealed in his own conquered world, he did still commune with his own cult, throughout the centuries. At some point, Diagon sent a Lucubra out through a crack in the seal, which planted something in Ben Tennyson's head, who heard the voice of the Diagon to come to the shrine where Diagon's heart was with the Sword of Ascalon stabbed into the heart of the beast. The Biomnitrix (The Omnitrix that Ben was wearing before he gained the official Omnitrix in this universe) scanned the Deus R'lyehian DNA, then Diagon took control of his mind, which lead to Ben arriving at the seal, attempting to destroy it as a Deus R'lyehian. But before he could full destroy the seal, Kevin and Gwen prevented him from destroying the seal, and gained control of his mind back. But eventually, because of how damaged the seal was, Diagon was capable of setting himself free from imprisonment of his own dimension. Which then lead to a battle between the trio and Sir George against the Great Diagon, which while the trio with Ben as a Deus R'lyehian held their own, George's immortality finally came to an end. The Deus R'lyehian transformation then grabbed the Sword of Ascalon which then finally lead to the defeat and destruction of Diagon. The horrors that Diagon sent through the portal returned to the dimension, and as Azmuth came to the trio's location to bring the Sword back to him, he deemed Ben worthy of the Complete and Official Omnitrix. At that point, the Deus R'lyehian DNA was already within the Codon Stream and the new Omnitrix's database, and Ben named this transformation "Aberration".

Trivia:
-After defeating Diagon, Ben still retained Aberration's DNA in the new Omnitrix, just after he returned the Biomnitrix to Azmuth.
-While in the official series, he is known as "Dagon", many have pronounced it "Diagon". This was a misspelling, yet this spelling has somewhat stuck around, perhaps to separate the entity from the Mesopitamian god of grain and fertility as well as Father Dagon from the works of HP Lovecraft. This spelling however, shares similarities to "Diagon Alley" from the Harry Potter series.
-Unlike the original, this version of Diagon somewhat resembles Aberration, except his skin is green like the show, he has various battle scars on his eye and a gaping hole on his chest where his heart was, his left tusk is sliced off, has a bloated stomach, and a crest that is similar to either Cthulhu from the animated Howard Lovecraft trilogy or the Heart of Darkness from the Darkest Dungeon video game.
-While both Diagon and Aberration are similar to the High Priest Cthulhu, the fact that Diagon wandered around Earth in various avatars is similar to the Outer God Nyarlathotep, but considering Deus R'lyehians are more akin to Great Old Ones and Elder Gods while Celestialsapiens are more like Outer Gods, he also shares similarities to Hastur.
-The reason why I dubbed this species as "Deus R'lyehian" was because I wanted to give this species a name that referenced Lovecraft without going with the typical namings of "Old Ones" or "Old Gods".
-The name Aberration was decided because I couldn't really think of a good name that referenced eldritch and lovecraftian powers. The name is also similar to the Aberrations of Dungeons and Dragons, being that they also reference the works of Lovecraft.
-Aberration's crown of horns actually did not appear when Ben first transformed into Aberration. They also resemble the horns of the Evil Entity from Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorperated.
-The events that lead to Ben acquiring the Deus R'lyehian DNA are somewhat similar to the events of the final arc of Ben 10 Ultimate Alien. Differences however are the fact that it's Ben that is influenced by Diagon as oppose to Gwen, Vilgax wasn't present as he was developing the Antitrix with Psyphon and the Bioids they managed to salvage in the Null Void, and not all of humanity transformed into Esoterica as well as the Lucubras, Knight Gaunts and Brutal Horrors came out of the portal, under the control of Diagon.
-While there was other sapient species on Earth, such as Sauroterrans, Forgeti and the Shoggoths which crash landed on Earth, it's likely that Humans were more fun to manipulate for Diagon.
