Alien X is the Omnitrix DNA Sample of a Celestialsapien from the dimension of Zvezda, also known as the Forge of Creation. A realm that exists outside of the Omniverse.

Species: Celestialsapien

DNA Donor: Bellicus & Serena

Appearance: In his true form, Alien X is an amorphous ever shifting black void with a dark green outline alongside blinking stars and glowing green orbs, constantly forming and un forming. The Omnitrix symbol is located at the darkest parts of his anatomy sta.sh/019xoceaohup . Alien X however, usually takes on a humanoid shape of the black void with a green trident attached to his forehead, wearing white and green robes while having two large toes on each foot and two cephalopodic appendages sticking out of his chest. The Omnitrix symbol is located on his forehead.

Abilities:
Omnipotence: Alien X is a creature that wields boundless control and power over time and space, allowing him to warp the very fabric of reality with a single thought. This makes Alien X a god amongst Ben's many transformations.
Omniscience: Alien X has a great understanding of all things and all times.
Eldritch Physiology: The mere presence of Alien X can cause most species to go insane unless he allows other to witness him in his grand presence.
Immortality: Alien X is incapable of being destroyed.

Weaknesses: Although his physiology causes many creatures to go insane by merely looking at him, beings like Azmuth and even Kamrovians wouldn't become mad if they witnessed Alien X. While they can't destroy each other, a battle between an opposing Celestialsapien and Alien X would end in a tie and would give up on fighting each other.

Trivia:
-In the Ben 10 Ultimate Alien episode "Andreas's Fault", a fan of Ben refers to the Alien X smoothie as a disappointment as well as saying it tastes like "filler". This is a reference to Alien X's constant standing in episodes that feature him in UAF.
-Alien X's original concept had him with two faces talking to represent two personalities in one body. However, because of animation challenges and the fact that Alien X has one male and one female personality, which was not reflected by the faces, the idea was scrapped.
-During the entirety of Season 1 of Alien Force, the opening of the show only displayed a silhouette of Alien X because he was meant to be a surprise alien. However, part of his face could be seen on the bottom right of the screen. From Season 2 onwards, the intro began showing Alien X's full image.
-Originally, Dwayne McDuffie believed that Alien X was not the most powerful alien in the Omnitrix. This was however retconned in the episode "The Forge of Creation" where it was revealed that Celestialsapiens possess the greatest power in the universe.
-"But Hey, Alien X" has become a meme in Ben 10 and Debate communities, referring to Kuro the Artist's original controversial video on his channel that pinned Ben Tennyson against popular fictional heroes, like Goku and Superman.
-This redesign of Alien X was inspired by Yog Sothoth. An Outer God from the works of HP Lovecraft that is commonly described as a mass of glowing orbs, eyes and tendrills. The reason for the Lovecraftian inspiration for this Alien X redesign was because Alien X is a being that lives outside of our universe and considering he is also an alien god, it would make sense that he wouldn't just have one form.
-Alien X's humanoid form takes some inspiration from Kratos from the God Of War series, as well as the 4Kids adaptation of the Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. sta.sh/02eak81bkntu
-Unlike the original Alien X, this one does not have the debate system. Instead, Bellicus and Serena are actually the DNA Donors for the Celestialsapien DNA in the Omnitrix, and instead guided Ben (Or whoever wore the Omnitrix) to gain control, understanding and mastery of the Celestialsapien transformation without going insane.
-Celestialsapiens are also named Outer Celestials.
-In this universe, the Forge of Creation is also known as Zvezda. A name that was given to Alien X's homeworld in Bandai merch.
