Description
An Outer Shambler who is skittish and friendly. With skin like that of an arthropod exoskeleton, Arthropel's arms have a gross slimy texture like that of a worm, his crest is a pair of insect wings and his tentacle tips are a mix of stingers like those on Bees and Wasps and the abdomen of a Mosquito. He usually takes the form of a mouse sized arthopod with only four limbs. Two consisting of arms with talons and the forelimbs consisting of Mantis arms. His abdomen is the same as his tentacle tips, and the face consists of wasp like features with his three eyes and his arms being a mouth of boneless feelers.

Arthropel is found among the heavily wooded forests of the Dimension of Magic. Basically, he's a fairy/pixie.
