If you're wondering, yes. I was inspired by the Batman Brave and the Bold episode "Long Arm of the Law", where Kite Man (Yes, the Kite Man) Builds a machine with Rubberneck to turn Plastic Man into stone. However, it also could turn others into elastic super beings. And so I thought "Hmmn, the elastic girl community hasn't actually tried doing fan art of the Batman BATB ladies turned into elastic girls." And so this happened. I also made another one of this, but with Fire.

Fun fact: I actually wanted the root that Ivy is holding look something like the vines in BATB or Swampfire's vines in the UAF era.
