Description
Cyclopsousauridae is a group of reptilian aliens that include the Cyclopsousaurians. An ancient race of cyclopean cobra headed lifeforms that stick to the shadows. Many of these beasts aren't as intelligent as the Cyclopsousaurians, but have some unique evolutionary adaptations that aided them in their survival.

The Cyclopsousauridae family branched off from the first vertebrates in the Planes of Shadows known as Megaphibians. One detail that separates Megaphibians from Cyclopsousauridae is that Cyclopsousauridae have one eye while Megaphibians have no eyes.

Poison Quillback: A dog like beast covered in quills that are filled with an eldritch poison. One of many of the many predators that roamed the dark world of the Planes of Shadows.
Elder Wyvern: The largest of the Cyclopsousauridae family. A creature that is as big a fighter jet that can spew a petrification gas which turns anything into stone.
Megaphibian Cyclops: A missing link between the Megaphibians and Cyclopsousauridae. It's venom is so potent, it can take down the largest Elder Wyverns.
Ammit Raptor: A Cyclopsousauridae that survived the destruction of the Planes of Shadows. This small lizard has colour changing rings around it's body. These rings change colour to show emotion, not unlike how chameleons change their colour to reflect their mood.
Amphisbaena: Another bizarre creature that escaped the Planes of Shadows, but didn't really last out as this species was hunted down to extinction for feeding the locals live stock. The creature is named after a two headed snake in Medieval art. Having two heads on each side of the body, this lifeform slithers sideways. Having one head be up front while the other is coiled back.
Abyssal Wyrm: It's claw has been used to catch small prey before crushing it with the Wyrm's mighty coils. It's horn is quite sharp, but it barely even uses it as a defensive weapon. The horn is mostly used for showing off to rivals and to distinguish others. Surprisingly it's actually the most social out of all the Cyclopsousauridae.
