Decimus Prime is the Omnitrix DNA Sample of a Cybertronian from the planet Cybertron in the Transformers multiverse.

Appearance: Decimus Prime is a large green mechanical humanoid with white accents all over him. He has Galvan Proto TRUK parts all around him from a split in his chest, wheels on his calves and shoulders, Proto TRUK wings and even large turrets on his back. This is what is known as Kibble. His facial features consist of eyes, a helmet and a mouth guard. The Omnitrix symbol is located underneath his Proto TRUK chest.

Abilities:
Transformation: Considering all of the kibble on his anatomy, Decimus Prime can take on the form of a Galvan Proto TRUK, giving him the ability to roll out the road. And he can also take the form of a Galvan Star Jet, making him capable of blasting through the skies and even rise up to the stars.
Energon Absorption: Decimus Prime is capable of absorbing and consuming Energon.
Energy Manipulation: Decimus Prime can manipulate energy to form energy based weapons, fire laser beams from his turrets or by turning his hands into guns and is even capable of generating a force field.
Levitation: In his Robot Mode, Decimus Prime can levitate in the air.
Enhanced Physical Capabilities: Decimus Prime is not only strong enough to match some of the most powerful Autobots and Decepticons, he is also quick on his feet.
Alt Mode Scanning: If he is not into his current Alt Modes, Decimus Prime can scan various other machines, vehicles and weapons if he decides to change his transformations.
Technokinesis/Technopathy: Being a large mechanical being, Decimus can manipulate any type of technology and is even capable of communicating with all sorts of machinery.
Mechamorph Enhancement: Like Clockwork, Decimus Prime can be upgraded by merging with a Galvanic Mechamorph.
Metamorphic Limbs: Decimus Prime's ability to change his shape allows him to transform his hands into various weaponry. Such as laser guns, missile launchers and even Energon Sais.
Environmental Adaptability: Surprisingly for a robot, Decimus can be online in any environment, such as underwater, deep space and so on.

Alt Modes: His current alternate forms are a Galvan Proto TRUK, built for travel on land, and a Galvan Star Jet, built to traverse the stars in a single boost.

Weaknesses: Decimus Prime is vulnerable to Cosmic Rust, and unnatural uberpredators like Unicron and Primacron. Decimus Prime can also be dismantled by a Planchaküle, and can even be affected by Dark Energon.

Trivia:
-Decimus Prime's original design was based on the form Upgrade assumes while merged with Kevin Levin's original car in the Omniverse episode "OTTO Motives".
-Unlike the original Decimus, this version of the Cybertronian transformation within the Omnitrix is a Triple Changer. And while Derrick J. Wyatt confirmed that Decimus could not be a Triple Changer because he would become insane, this would only apply to a Cybertronian in Transformers Animated as other Transformers properties don't really go that direction with Triple Changers (I haven't seen too much of Transformers, but I know that several adaptations of the franchise don't have that drawback for Triple Changers.)
-This version of Decimus Prime isn't based on a singular version of Transformers. As a matter of fact, his abilities and appearance take inspiration from all over the various adaptations of the Transformers franchise. For example, his ability to levitate in the air without any sort propulsion is similar to original G1 cartoon (You know, when the Autobots and Decepticons in robot mode just fly without any sort of propulsion). His ability to transforms his hands into weapons is similar to both the Aligned Continuity (Though mostly the Cybertron games) and even the G1 cartoon (You know, when Optimus formed an Energon Axe out of his hands and Megatron formed an Energon Mace) . Appearance wise, he takes some inspiration from the original Decimus Prime, such as the green and white paint job with the grey metal and even the turrets. His face and alt mode however, takes massive amounts of influence from the leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime and even his Beast Wars counterpart, Optimus Primal.
-If Decimus Prime scanned something like a gun or a cassette recorder, he could be capable of Mass Shifting.
