Howard Shiny aka Howard the Shoggoth is an amorphous alien creature, a Biologist Professor at Miskatonic University and the love interest of Olivia Atteindre.

Appearance: Howard's true form resembles a dark purple semi formless bipedal creature with multiple glowing lime green eyes, eight appendages making up two legs, four arms and two squid like tentacles, and a mouth of jagged teeth and a long tongue. In his human fom, he appears as a british professor wearing a purple suit and tie, black trousers, reddish brown hair that combed back and a goatee.

Personality: Howard is a kind hearted and friendly individual to be around, and is quite the bookworm. He also has a fascination with things that even he does not know.

Abilities:
Shapeshifting: All Shoggoths including Howard have the capability to warp themselves in a variety of shapes, forms and sizes, even going so far as to alter their alter their sizes at will.
Biokinesis: Aided with Shapeshifting, all Shoggoths can basically manipulate their own biology at will, this includes the ability to transform into any organic creature, and even being able mimic not only appearance and size, but also the biological attributes of said creature. Such as secreting venoms, poisons, natural webbings and so on.
Regeneration: Howard and every other member of his race are capable of healing and regenerating from all forms of injury.
Enhanced Physical Capabilities: Howard is much more stronger and more agile than the average human.
Enhance Intelligence: Howard has a vast intellect and knowledge, considering his life spent in Miskatonic, and even on the battlefield.
Flawless Memory: Howard can remember everything in his life crystal clear.
Adaptability: Howard is adaptable enough to be anywhere. from the hottest deserts to the icy Antartica.
Hypnosis Immunity: Like all Shoggoths, Howard is immune to being hypnotised or mind controlled.
Amphibious Nature: Shoggoths can breathe underwater.

Weaknesses: Although Howard is strong enough to withstand extreme temperatures, fire can cook his biomass. Mimicking things like biological fire takes some getting used to for Shoggoth, and an understanding for how generating fire from an organism would work. Shoggoths also can't mimic technology, magic or godlike powers with their biomass.

Trivia:
-Howard is named after Howard Phillips Lovecraft, the author of the Yog Sothery (or Cthulhu Mythos) universe. Who created the Shoggoth species in the same universe. Yet this is just an alternative take on the Shoggoth race, and not every creature and being from the works of HP Lovecraft even exist in this universe. Ironically, Howard the Shoggoth is friendly to all walks of life and is far less likely to be terrified by anything big or small. Compared to HP Lovecraft, who was a racist and pretty much afraid of everything that wasn't his hometown of Providence, Rhode Island.
-Howard shares similarities to Albert Shiny. (Also of the Cthulhu Mythos) A Shoggoth or Shoggoth Lord who can shapeshift into a man. Although in this universe, all Shoggoths can maintain a physical shape and even take on more forms than just humans.
