Description
An Outer Shambler who is a fisherman. Adventurous and willing to hunt in the open waters of the universe. With skin consisting of shark denticles, as well as having a shark fin for a crest while having his tentacles consist of the tails of eels. He takes on the form of a long eel like mosasaur like creature with claws on his flippers/pectoral fins, thin boneless appendages akin to his true form's arms and a mouth filled with teeth to bite and slash with another pair of filter feeding teeth underneath.

Outside of hunting in the waters, Icthyon hangs around with his siblings. But he hangs around with Kukuldactyl the most out of all of them.
