Project D84723 (Codename Toxicobra) is a mutant creature created to be weaponized beast before it managed to escape and cause havoc.

Species: Genetix Created Mutant Hybrid (DNA composed of Spitting Cobra, King Cobra, Komodo Dragon, Mexican Whiptail, Cassowary, Golden Eagle, Poison Dart Frog, Chameleon, Superhuman)

Birthplace: CLASSIFIED INFORMATION!!

Appearance: This creature resembles a cross between a cobra and a theropod dinosaur with humanlike hands full of sharp talons. She has a purple like red coloration and her skin consists of chameleon scales. Dark quills cover her back and a little bit around the tail, and has a crest like protrusion on her snout.

Personality: Lacking any empathy for all, she is a calculating killer. Patiently waiting to charge and takedown her prey. She enjoys preying on the weak more often, but can't get along with any of her offspring, as they tend to have the same mentality of kill anything on sight. She would protect the eggs until they hatch. From that point, the offspring are on their own. She also has a massive hatred for humanity. It's likely that the Genetix Enhanced Human that made her DNA was a massive misanthrope that went insane.

Abilities:
Toxin Secretion: Considering that Toxicobra is comprised of animals that are venomous and poisonous, her fangs and forelimb talons contain deadly venom, and her Cassowary quills are tipped with the powerful poisons of the Poison Dart Frog.
Acidic Spit: If her toxins aren't powerful enough to take down prey, Toxicobra can spit acid that can melt the hardest steels in seconds.
Amphibious Nature: Toxicobra can breathe underwater and is as quick of a swimmer as she is a sprinter.
Camouflage: Her skin allows her to blend in with the environment, making her capable of hiding in plain sight. Until she is ready to strike.
Enhanced Physical Capabilities: Not only is Toxicobra a fast sprinter, but she is also stronger and more agile than a typical human.
Asexual Reproduction: Like the Mexican Whiptail, Toxicobra can reproduce without the need for a male of her kind.
Enhanced Sensory Abilities: Toxicobra can smell, see and hear for miles.

Weaknesses: Because she shares her DNA with a Genetix Enhanced Human woman with the ability to self duplicate and Mexican Whiptail that can reproduce without the need of a male, all of Toxicobra's offspring have a hivemind mentality, despite being their own seperate beings. Despite having human DNA, Toxicobra can't form words properly.

-Toxicobra is the reason why Rebecca Midwal and John Hanes became the superheroes today.
-Toxicobra appearing as a dinosaur with a cobra head and human hands was inspired by Riptor from Killer Instinct.
-Toxicobra somewhat resembles Vertigo from Primal Rage.
-Her quills being poisonous was inspired by the Scorpios Rex from the Jurassic Park/Jurassic World franchise. Her other name Project D84723 is similar to Scorpios Rex being known as E750.
-Skeletech created several mutants to be weaponized for their armies when they enlisted the Genesapien Ty'Faun to their ranks. D84723 showed promise, that is until the beast escaped from the laboratory that birthed the beast and went on a killing spree. She soon laid her brood around several locations, to spread it's oncoming wave of destruction and mayhem. Luckily for mankind, the heroic Outer Shambler D'menzhion halted the growing numbers of this mutant abomination by eliminating any of Toxicobra's spawn before they could cause any damage to mankind and perhaps to the world at large.
-When a Toxicobra is hatched, it actually starts life as a small snake that seems to resemble a bit like a frog tadpole, as grows into a juvenile it grows it's legs and resembles more like a lizard. When it becomes an adolescent or teenager, it stands upright, it's legs become more dinosaurian and has it's nasal crest growing, until it becomes an adult, which will have it's poison quills at the ready and it's posture will become more like a theropod.
-Aside from Genetix Superhumans, there are two types of mutations that the Genetix can cause on non human life. These mutation types are split into Evo and Chimera. The Evo mutations are caused when a natural species has been exposed to pure Genetix. Chimera mutations are when one combines the DNA of several different species and either inserts the DNA into a living host or creating an entire hybrid of the genetic material used.
