Verdona and ... whatever the race name is (something like amaritas?) can in fact, stretch, Not sure if Gwen or any other actually stretch in the show tho, except for their hair

They are beings of almost pure energy, no real form. They can grow in size, meaning they can also stretch, they do stretch their hair, same their body. But again, it never happens in Omniverse

I said Omniverse cuz it's the last one I really saw before totally ignoring Ben 10 sagas (except for Esther, she's too good) so I'm not sure if they stretch or not in future seasons
