Here is my Drawing of the Talon Ranger from Power Rangers Dino Charge. Why didn't I put him in the Blue Ranger tribute you ask? Well it's because The Talon Ranger never appeared in the show. The Talon Ranger is supposed to be the Power Ranger counterpart of Deathryuger from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. Ten good energems bonding with beings with pure hearts, allowing them to become the Dino Charge Power Rangers. The announcement of the dark energem made fans believe that it would mark the coming of the Talon Ranger because his counterpart, Deathryuger was an evil Sentai Ranger. Everybody though that Heckyl would become the Talon Ranger, but nope, he didn't show. The Spinozord, (which was supposed to be the Talon Ranger's zord) however did. How on Earth does that work? Even before the Dark Energem was mentioned, all the fans were expecting to see him because when you insert the Spino Charger into the DX Dino Charge Morpher and Titano Charge Morpher, they both say "Power Ranger Talon." Why Saban decided not to throw in the Talon Ranger despite that the electronic morphers said he's be there, we may never know. Anyway, I decided to draw the Talon Ranger even though he doesn't really exist due to not appearing. It's a disappointment, but it's not the end of the world. After all, next year we get two Power Ranger things to look forward to, the new series, Power Rangers Ninja Steel and the upcoming reboot Power Rangers movie!

Update 12-20-18: I didn't make any changes to the drawings, but I am putting in an information update. The following info is nothing super new, it been a fact for a while now, I just couldn't get around to tell you about it until now. Although Heckyl didn't become the Talon Ranger in Power Rangers Dino Charge like we though he would, he does in the comic books created by Boom Studios. However, in the comic, the Talon Ranger is instead referred to as the Dark Ranger. I wasn't expecting either of those facts to happen, but at least the Talon Ranger isn't completely excluded from the Power Rangers universe.
