Presuming the title doesn't make this self explanatory, this is Palutena from Kid Icarus Uprising redesigned as a Kamen Rider that would appear in... well, Kamen Rider.

The story behind why this exists is actually pretty strange. I was watching one of HOAIartworks 's Twitch live streams where he was working on a Palutena piece. While working on it, he remarked that Palutena's necklace has a design on it that kind of looks like a Kamen Rider helmet. I then comically followed up this statement in the stream chat by saying that Kamen Rider Palutena should be a real thing. After thinking it over for a bit, I decided that there was potential and that I didn't want to just toss it away, so I made a vow to draw it myself.

As you can see, I did. Yeah.

This was a fun design to draw once I got past the concept art part, but the concept art part was kind of dreadful. I was very meticulous, so I spent way too long just looking at the designs of Palutena and multiple Kamen Riders, deciding what the best way to combine them was. Thankfully, I was able to produce an end product that I am happy with. I also managed to draw it with a relatively interesting pose, which is nice.
