I removed the mess from the back, it was kinda creepy anyway and I also added some more details. This is ok for now.

The perspective is bad. The field of view should be much more wider, kinda like those 3d software where you can change the field of view, it's close to a orthographic FOV, not to mention she seems flat because I didn't even follow the landmarks on the cylinders, common mistake wich everybody makes, except people that understand perspective. Wait I didn't even use cylinders but if it fools you then I feel accomplished!
