Meet Daniel Button, Prince of the Rodent Kingdom of Overise and best friends with me and Jeffrey. It's about time I introduced this mouse-robot hybrid to you; it's just not easy to design a character.

A no-nonsense, hard-working scientist, he's quite emotionless and hates wasting his time. He never smiles or even cares about his friends (with a few exceptions), to the point that, if at least one of them is at odds with him, he throws something at them before getting away from them. He does, however, care about me and Jeffrey (since, like I said, he's best friends with both of us), his family and some other people whom he respects. If he loses his temper, his eyes turn red and he might lose sanity. In fact, at first, he was also half rat after being transformed, which made him evil, but Jeffrey and I managed to rid him of his rat self. That doesn't mean he can't be evil anymore, though.
