I like the starkness of this illustration. Did you use only a pen to render this? With any medium: I imagine the care taken to be quite substantial. The simpleness of the Dandelion takes my interest most of all to be honest; as it almost looks like it took a long time to draw little, the piece as a whole... If you get my oxymoron?

legalize it!
...but on a less stoned note, this is actually another print i made from a copper plate. i sprayed the entire plate with an aquatint stop-out resist after i etched the dandelion, and before i put it in the acid. that's how i got the texture of the side walk. i dunno if you're into print making, but it's a very interesting process. i'm taking a print making class in college this semester, so i've been doing alot of that shit. thanks for the comment yo!

I thought you may have just 'stifled' this entire piece. Clearly I was wrong. I'm sorrily, I'm not familiar with the techniques you use for these pieces. I am still starked by them however.

"A Long Drive For Someone With Nothing To Think About" is my favorite album, then comes "lonesome Crowded West" then "Moon Over Antarctica" the new albums are good, but i think they lack the raw soul that the others had.
