The Yellow Infinity Ranger, Cam originally came from a household with an abusive father, who mistreated him and his mother. During this time, Cam was given a great opportunity for his future and to ease his mother's burden by becoming a star athlete on his school's track team. However, he got into an argument with his dad one night, who broke his legs, keeping him from running professionally anymore. After this he ended up in the foster system, and eventually in the Whitaker family. Later, he was chosen to become the Yellow Infinity Ranger.

Cam is filled with bravado and swagger. He is tough and cool on the exterior but has many layers beyond his fearless appearance. Cam can be unorthodox, creative, and perceptive if the situation calls for it.

Cam's Manifestation is Dash, which allows him to move at the blink of an eye. Dash can only be used in bursts, but if used correctly, it can cover great distances quickly.

Cam's personal weapons are the Tiger Daggers, with which he can perform his specialized attack, Tiger's Slash. A twin pair of yellow short-bladed daggers, they are effective as both melee weapons and projectile weapons. The daggers can combine at their pommels and then extend into a spear close in height to the Yellow Ranger.
