Template taken fromI started filling in a few of the slots with characters from the '100' meme and alternating with new ones to mix things up, but figured I should concentrate on adding new ones, instead. Will fill in the rest fairly randomly with characters from my previous meme submission, but will try to keep things themed where I can.
I would like to mention that finding or making screenshots from any Batman cartoon (especially TAS) with decent lighting that makes the characters stand out is a pain in the ass.
Update 1 (6/1/13): Added two old characters and 3 new ones the sheet, trying to keep groups of characters to a theme. (15) slots left for characters not seen in the previous pic.
Bit of trivia I learned, recently, in Europe the Dingoes were called "Dingomen." One comic story featured in the European Masters of the Universe Magazine had them engaging in engineering antics reminiscent of Wile E. Coyote.

Update 2 (6/7/13): Just two new characters to prove I'm still working on this.
Update 3: Only a couple of new characters this time, but added several from the old list. Will put an asterisk next to the ones that didn't appear on the prvious list. Also trying to organize into themes/shows/franchises.
Update 4: Same as update 3. Also changed some screenshots.
Update 5: just a token update with 2 new characters. Both avians.

Yep! It happens in the episode Kingdom. But for some reason it's sewn up in his next appearance. LOL
No, it's a loincloth. The episode of Duck Dodgers it's from is "Deathmatch Duck;" it parodies the Star Trek episode "The Arena."

LOL Yep. But it was sort of blown up rather than ripped. It almost looked like the front had been completely ripped open, making it a vest, by the end of the episode, but they didn't show an unobstructed full view of his chest.

Doberlord? Why him? He is like to the Thundercats "Guardian" from Highlander, somehow who seems like a serious threat to the heroes but just comes off as silly and muggy to audience...

I liked his design. And yeah, but this comic was continued the 80s show. I think everyone other than Mumm-Ra, and sometimes even him, despite being allegedly serious threats came off the same way. Especially the people with animal heads.
Never watched Highlander enough to get the reference. I just do what I do with Stargate: pretend everything after the first movie never happened.

I have a few suggestions for you to fill in some of the blanks. Try Grayfas, Jon Talbain, Captain Sabertooth, and Wolf from Gargoyles.

I never got into Wolf, I'm afraid. Talbain's a definite maybe. I'd have to watch Wild Knights Gulkeeva to actually get a feel for the character.
