At the end of the raffle, a number will be randomly generated and the winner will be allowed to purchase that grem at the listed flat-sale price. These grems are not free. The purpose of the raffle style sale is simply to give everyone an equal chance to purchase, rather than a game of who-has-the-fastest-internet. Good luck!
