Here it is, my most proud drawing of the year so far with some changes.

Info:

FossilWings

Description: These dragons have shades of orange, dark reds, and brown, along with some fades of black and greys. Only royal dragons are known to have any sort of yellow scales. All FossilWings have brown eyes, and occasionally pupils. The Inside Of Their Mouths Are Different Shades Of Orange. The horns on the front can very in size, but mainly stay the same shape. They have short, but thick, wings that let them glide effortlessly in the air, their wing claws act as their talons due to having none on their main legs. They're known to be tremendous in size, dragonets just being shorter than an adult SkyWing. They're also physically strong with tough scales, however they do lack bite force with their small jaws and have very weak fire. These dragons are the oldest on Pyrrhia, some claiming that they're the decedents of all of the Pyrrhian dragons. The ones that didn't want to evolve with the land carved under ground tunnels that were eventually forgotten by the current tribes, where they still currently live. They are heavily passive, only attacking is provoked. FossilWings Are Named After What They Eat; If They Eat Meat They're Named After A Carnivorous Beast, If They Eat Plants They're Named After Herbivores, If They Eat Both They're Named After An Omnivore. If They eat fish/seafood, they're named after a beast that eats that stuff. (They're Named After Dinosaurs, That Is What I'm Hinting At Here)

Abilities: They have fire, but it's very weak. They have super tough scales that ware down the more they're attacked. Their tails are used as a club, able too smash any bone in a dragons body if hit in the right spot. As stated before they use their wing claws as another pair of legs, allowing them to climb and cling onto surfaces they usually cannot. To make up their weak bite they use their front horn to stab any prey in front of them. They also have an incredible sense of smell, this makes up for their very poor eyesight.

Queen: Queen Tyran

Here it is, the official FossilWing redesign. And I love it. A couple weeks ago I looked at the old one and nearly cringes, deciding that I needed to redraw em. So in the end, and after many different rough sketches, this was the final design I choose. Since a Dinosaur theme was what I was aiming for when I first made them, now looking back the older model did not really match the ancient look I was going for, I changed a few things. The front feet of the old ones are now the hind legs, and I replaced the hooves with something of that of an elephants foot. Making it more like that of a Ceratopsian {EX: Triceratops}. Since I did that I realized that they needed a way to actually climb around and pick stuff up, now way their doing that with those front feet. So I changed the wings to be smaller, but more thick and bulky like it's another legs. Gore & Shagaru Magala from Monster Hunter being my inspiration for the wings. Last thing I really changed was the face, I thought a Ceratopsian styled beak would help pay off the more ancient look, and I think it looks great. It also helps with the fact that they have weak biting, the head of the older version looked like it had a massive bite force, which I wasn't aiming for. Other than that the rest stayed the same, few minor details being that I thinned out the tail and made the body shorter and less chunky {For I thought it looked odd with the newer version}.

11/26 Edits:
- Added Two New Colors
- I Felt Like They Had A Lack Of Color Choices, So I added Black & Greys. But No White.
- Added A Personality Trait For Every FossilWing
- While They Can Act Aggressive, They Are Passive. My Reasoning Being That They're So Old That There Were No Other Dragon Tribes During Their Time, Hence There Were No Fighting For Food Or Territory. They Also Didn't Have To Worry About The Humans Because They Rarely Bothered Each Other.
