D-Sentry is a drone assigned to keep goliathGrip under control at all times. Unlike the other anti-guardians, D-Sentry is not a thinly veiled character reference. It's a thinly veiled PUN.

If you were in elementary school in the 90's, you probably played Oregon Trail in the computer labs. If not, it was basically a simulation of frontier wagon parties heading west in 19th century North America. Wagons were pulled by Oxen, because apparently horses were expensive at the time. A common joke/meme arose from the easiest way for your wagon party to die; "You have died of Dysentery".
