Ah, a friend of mine uses GIMP as well, though I haven't personally tried ^^ How does it compare to Photoshop, in your opinion?

Well just by using basically the same tools I use in photoshop (brush, smudge etc etc) it's pretty much the same, though I think the brush dynamics may be better (depending on what exactly you're trying to produce I suppose). Plus it doesn't lag anywhere near as much as photoshop does on my computer
