Roe's genetics were hand-picked by a team of scientists from different lineages from what was essentially a DNA catalog. They thought the name 'Roebuck' was comically fitting. He has been around humans all his life and bonded strongly with his trainers. His somewhat unpredictable nature can sometimes make him a handful as he can be either highly aloof or highly interested in strangers (his selective judgment process is yet unknown.) Nevertheless, Roe is a loyal companion to those he loves and will fiercely defend them if threatened.
