The following events would happen in this order:

1) Bulma arrives at Kame House while 18 and Krillin are sleeping.
2) Krillin wakes up and finds Bulma outside, backup shutdown remote in hand.
3) ChiChi arrives at Kame House BEHIND Bulma.
4) ChiChi taps Bulma on the shoulder.
5) Bulma turns around to find ChiChi, forcing Vegeta's wife to hide the remote behind her back.
6) Krillin sees the remote and swats it out of Bulma's hand.
7) Krillin runs into the house, wakes up 18, and shows her the remote.
8) 18 and Krillin take the remote to the same spot where 18's husband first laid eyes on her.
9) Krillin destroys the remote, just like he did while witnessing 18 get "eaten" by Cell.
10) 18 and Krillin return to Kame House to find Bulma still talking to ChiChi.
11) ChiChi leaves and Bulma turns around to find 18 and Krillin.
12) 18 shaves Bulma's head down to the scalp as punishment for attempting to shut her down.
13) Bulma goes home crying while accepting the fact that she is now bald.
14) Vegeta walks into Bulma's room the next day to find his wife whimpering and hugging her legs.
15) Bulma tells her husband what happened during the night.
16) 18 arrives at Bulma's house showing that Krillin shaved her own head down to the scalp.
17) Bulma hugs 18 and apologizes to Krillin's wife for attempting to shut her down with the remote while accepting the fact that she made Vegeta's wife feel better and calls it even.

Part 2 would be great, especially if Bulma and C18 are bald.
