The first time I did this was by accident so I wasn't able to reproduce the steps. But I did know it was possible to reverse the motion capture display including entire AVI videos. So, I sat down and figured out exactly how it could be reproduced.

To be honest, I don't really know how useful this is. It has it's possibilities, in any case this tutorial just shows the steps on how to make one of these so please feel free to experiment.
