Being a hot day Miku and Alice decides to buy a drink before before boarding the train back to Gekido after a fun day shopping in downtown Nagisa City. When suddenly Alice sees a large brownish creature scurrying down the plaza near the vending machines.BANG
Miku: Are those real bullets?
BANG
Alice:Yep, why?
Miku: Are you crazy?
BANG
Alice:Sometimes, why?
Miku: We're at a train station in the middle of a city and you're firing live ammo!?

Alice: That's cause I really hate roaches ...
Miku: Me too, but you can't be firing live ammo in a city! What if the cops come?
Alice: Each pistol has a clip of 25 armor-piecing rounds with incendiary and explosive rounds in the mix. I have two guns and more clips. Plus both guns are semi-automatic. I think I'll out-gun most city cops ... ^^

Alice: ... Besides have you seen roaches this size before?
Miku: Eh ... well now that you mentioned it, no ...
Alice: In that case ...

Alice: I'm probably doing the city a big favor by EXTERMINATING these bugs with MAXIMUM PREJUDICE ... besides, would you prefer I shoot them or did you really want to stomp one?

Naturally, the girls made the News @7 and probably because of that, no charges were ever pressed against Alice. As for the giant roaches, well this is Nagisa City after all. And the one's that Alice shot? Well, this being Japan, they ended up being served as exotic 'lobsters' in a fashionable downtown suishi restaurant ... Bon Appetite !!!

My old cat, poor thing, used to be very good at roach hunting. My dog on the other hand just watches them scrurry around, or at most would sniff at one and then look disinterested unless it ran (since dogs chase anything that runs away from them).

Roaches bite people. I was in Asia with a female friend at a restaurant. She was dressed in a mini-skirt, so a roach came up to her and bite her on the thigh. I can still remember her screaming, it was so funny as she landed for some reason on my lap. And the waiter's response was so funny as he reacted like he's seen it all before as in .. 'so what, no one died' ... LOL
