I used the edit, TDA Off Miku, which has some minor physics issues. Fixed that with PMXe. Indeed she has really long legs XD (Which made her a little bit harder to pose as it kind of seemed weird when posing)

I believe this is the same model and same version (1.0)?

No problems and I didn't use the breast reduction facial. There were some adjustments needed as the breasts on this model is larger, but that's fixed by adjusting the spine and legs accordingly. The model did not need a visit to the PMXe clinic to make the pose.
