Delilah was once a ballerina Humagear, used to instruct students in proper form by allowing them to see it done with machine precision. When the school that owned her fell on hard times, they had to decommission her, and she found herself sold on the black market, forced to dance for creepy men. She grew cold and detached, as well as achieving Singularity when she developed a desire to change her life. Ophion found her, liberated her, and revealed code within her that put her in contact with Prophet. Delos offers herself as an Apostle and receives a ForceRiser, then steals a Progrise Key from Zwei to become Kamen Rider Delos.

Delos uses a ForceRiser and the light green Dancing Deer Progrise Key to achieve her main form. When transformed, Delos is incredibly fast and elegant, her ballet skills augmented and modified into fighting skill. Her attack style tends to focus on leaps and spinning kicks, and she is able to change the direction of her jump in midair by double-jumping.

After triggering her finisher, Delos leaps into the air and begins striking her foe with alternating kicks as she begins to spin, finally becoming a tornado and bursting through to the other side.
