Forte uses the Machibuse Kappa Wonder Ride Book to achieve his navy blue Nisatsu Form. This form allows Forte to channel the power of the Swamp to move through solid matter as if it was liquid. Forte can use this power to swim through the earth, or create hiding spots in walls from which to attack. The claws on his right hand have a paralyzing effect, and the combined power of both Books allows Forte to fire jets of murky water.

Striking the button on his Driver, Forte launches himself into the air on a jet of dark water, drawing rippling blue energy into his sword. Forte then flips upside down, descending towards the earth sword first and disappearing into the ground, only to burst out underneath his target releasing ripples of aqua force.

REFERENCE:
Forte's second Book, Machibuse Kappa translates to Ambush Kappa, and is based on the aquatic demon from Japanese folklore. The term meisei in her jingle translates to “disguised.”
