Atsuko receives another piece of encrypted data that points to the location of the second item stashed by Hiden before his death. Leaving Zwei in his enhanced form to hold off the Magia that swarm there, Atsuko and Flash make their way into the compound to locate the item. Finding a Progrise Key with a special lens attached to it, Atsuko uses it in her ShotRiser to activate her new form.

Klepto uses the Sniper Raccoon Progrise Key to access this tactical warrior form. Klepto transforms with the ShotRiser in Gun Mode, sighting through the Sniper Scope to align with the armor as it forms. Sniper Raccoon has a direct targeting interface with Zoah, the private satellite from which the Riders get their powers. This grants Klepto a bird's eye view of the battlefield, as well as other useful filters like heat vision. The lenses on her helmet can also directly interface with the Sniper Scope to help Klepto shoot anything she can see.

After triggering the finisher, Klepto aligns her helmet sights with the Sniper Scope, aiming at her target and before pointing her weapon skyward and firing a flare. This glowing bullet expands into a massive crosshairs, allowing Zoah to fire a massive laser shot at the enemy from space.
