Mosaic uses the Manta and Plug Full Bottles to achieve his blue and white Best Match Form. This form is known as the Electrified Surfer, and equalizes two powers that normally conflict. The Manta Full Bottle allows Mosaic to fight effectively in water, swimming and attacking with great speed and agility, as well as the power to generate waves of water on dry land. The Plug Full Bottle arms Mosaic with the power to channel an electrical charge into his strikes, particularly through the Outlet Hand on his right arm. Normally, these two powers would be vulnerable to each other, but as a Best Match, that mutual weakness is negated, allowing Mosaic to use his electrical attacks around water without falling victim to them himself.
