Akutou has been rescued from the Ganma World by Elder, and handed the new Genghis Khan Eyecon to fight against Ganger. In this form, Akutou's stats are raised greatly, allowing him to feel the might of one of the greatest conquerors the world has ever known. The plume on his hood can be whipped to release a flaming arrow of energy, and these dark flames can course into his physical strikes as well. He wields his GanGan Krueger in its newest configuration, Scimitar Mode.

By shifting his Eyecon into Finisher position, Akutou summons his ghostly seal, as well as a swarm of ghost lights which burn with a sinister red glow. As he leaps into the air, coursing with red and black flames, the torches follow him like a barrage of flaming arrows, arcing up to shower down and exacerbate his final kick.

By making Eye Contact between his Driver and the GanGan Krueger in Scimitar Mode, Akutou can channel his burning red ghostly seal into it, igniting it in a darker variation of Ganger's Omega Cutter. His red flames burn more angrily until his final slash, when they lash out in long tongues.
